Normandy posted their biggest victory since January 11th on Friday. They put the hurt on the McCluer South-Berkeley Bulldogs with a sharp 69-48 win. The victory continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won five in a row.

When it comes to explaining why McCluer South-Berkeley lost, don't look at Dylan Merkle. Despite the final result, he went 6 of 10 to rack up 13 points in addition to eight boards and three blocks. Merkle is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last ten games he's played.
