Soccer Recap: Back of the Yards College Prep Takes a Loss

After flying high against Kelly last Wednesday, Back of the Yards College Prep came back down to earth. The Bobcats lost 5-2 to the Solorio Sun Warriors on Thursday. Back of the Yards College Prep fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against Solorio since on Thursday.

Emmely Munoz wasn't going to let Solorio walk away unscathed as she scored both of Back of the Yards College Prep's goals, bringing her season total up to eight goals.

Back of the Yards College Prep now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Solorio, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Back of the Yards College Prep has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Juarez on the 7th. As for Solorio, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-0 win against Chicago Washington on the 8th.
