Basketball Recap: St. John Skates Past Chalker with Ease

St. John won the last time they faced Chalker and things went their way on Friday too. The St. John Fighting Herald blew past the Chalker Wildcats 70-38. That 32 point margin sets a new team best for the Fighting Herald this season.

St. John's victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-6. As for Chalker, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. John will welcome Conneaut at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in St. John's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Chalker, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Chalker Wildcats face off against the Bristol Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
