Tuscola has gone 9-1 against Okaw Valley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Tuscola Warriors are taking a road trip to challenge the Okaw Valley Timberwolves at 12:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Saturday, Tuscola ended up a good deal behind Salt Fork and lost 56-42. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 390th, while the Storm are ranked 100th).

Meanwhile, Okaw Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 69-22 loss at the hands of Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland]. The Timberwolves were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-14.

This is the second loss in a row for Tuscola and nudges their season record down to 5-5. As for Okaw Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.

Everything went Tuscola's way against Okaw Valley in their previous meeting back in February, as Tuscola made off with a 59-37 victory. Does Tuscola have another victory up their sleeve, or will Okaw Valley turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
