Volleyball Recap: Freedom Takes a Loss

Freedom was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons.

Mateo Zelaya paced Freedom's offense, picking up four kills. Zelaya got some help from Devin Sandoval and his eight assists.

Freedom's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Bishop O'Dowd, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Freedom has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Las Lomas on the 8th. As for Bishop O'Dowd, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Miramonte on the 8th.
