Softball Recap: West Trojans vs. China Spring Cougars
West lost against China Spring last Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The West Trojans fell just short of the China Spring Cougars by a score of 7-6. While the Trojans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cougars 4-0 in the first period.
Karsen Fuessel made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run and two RBI. Those two RBI gave her a new career-high. Mabri Warren also deserves some recognition as she stole her first stolen base of the season.
