The Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes will face off against the Fayetteville Christian Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cape Fear Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50 points per game this season.

Cape Fear Academy is likely headed into the matchup with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Hickory Grove Christian last Saturday. The Hurricanes took a 47-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions. The contest marked the Hurricanes' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Luke Fascher, who posted 12 points. He is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 57% in the last three games he's played. Alex Wolf was another key player, putting up eight points.

Meanwhile, Fayetteville Christian came into Saturday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They managed a 73-69 win over Union Pines on Saturday.

Cape Fear Academy's defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-4. As for Fayetteville Christian, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 3-4.
