Baseball Game Preview: Lexington Wildcats vs. Dutch Fork Silver Foxes

For the second straight game, Lexington will face off against Dutch Fork. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Silver Foxes at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Lexington came up short against Dutch Fork and fell 12-7.

For Dutch Fork's part, the team relied heavily on Coleman Fryer, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one run. Those two stolen bases gave Fryer a new career-high. Raleigh Salters was another key player, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

Dutch Fork now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Lexington, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.
