Volleyball Recap: Bob Jones Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bob Jones can now relate to. They fell just short of the Austin Black Bears by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Black Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Bob Jones' defeat dropped their record down to 37-15. As for Austin, they are on a roll lately: they've won 23 of their last 26 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 41-7 record this season.

Bob Jones has already played their next match (against Sparkman), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Austin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
