Soccer Recap: Scotland Comes Up Short

Scotland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Marlboro County Bulldogs. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Scotland couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Reagan Strickland, which was the first she's scored this season.

Scotland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Marlboro County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-5.

While Scotland had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
