Walton and North Cobb's contest on Friday was close at halftime, but Walton turned on the heat in the second half with four goals. Everything went the Walton Raiders' way against the North Cobb Warriors as the Walton Raiders made off with a 5-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won six games by three goals or more so far this season.

The win was the third in a row for Walton, bringing their record for this year to 10-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three matches. As for North Cobb, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Walton will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Etowah at 5:30 p.m. on March 25th. As for North Cobb, they will take on Riverwood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
