Softball Recap: Cooper's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Cooper fell victim to St. Ursula Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 8-0 to the Bulldogs.

Cooper's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-18. As for St. Ursula Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-3.

Looking ahead, Cooper is taking a road trip to challenge Assumption at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Jaguars' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Rockets have averaged an impressive 7.6 runs per game this season. As for St. Ursula Academy, they will welcome Turpin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
