Baseball Recap: Tuscarawas Valley Comes Up Short

Tuscarawas Valley lost against Hiland back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Trojans fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 2-1. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tuscarawas Valley now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Hiland, the win keeps they at an undefeated 15-0.

Looking ahead, Hiland will face off against Garaway at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pirates' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Hawks' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
