Basketball Recap: Flowery Branch Takes a Loss

Flowery Branch was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the North Oconee Titans, falling 78-22. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 403rd, while the Titans are ranked ninth).

Flowery Branch's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for North Oconee, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Flowery Branch will take on East Forsyth in a holiday battle at on Tuesday. As for North Oconee, they are taking a road trip to challenge Eastside at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
