Kaufman is 8-1 against Terrell since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Lions will host the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Kaufman managed to slip by Van the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Lions came up short against the Vandals on Saturday, falling 9-1. The Lions' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Kaufman saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Crutcher, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one RBI. Angel Montes also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Meanwhile, Terrell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. They lost 17-0 to Midlothian Heritage.

Kaufman's loss dropped their record down to 8-14-1. As for Terrell, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-20.

Kaufman took their victory against Terrell when the teams last played back in March of 2023 by a conclusive 13-0 score. Do the Lions have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
