Volleyball Recap: Clark Fork Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Clark Fork was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Genesis Prep Academy on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wampus Cats took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bonners Ferry Badgers on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Badgers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Clark Fork started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-19, 25-15, 25-23.

Aurora Lane paced Clark Fork's offense, picking up 11 kills. Lane got some help from Kiylah Anderson and her 29 assists. Nora-Jean Hoy controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Clark Fork dropped their record down to 8-8 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Bonners Ferry, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-15.

Clark Fork does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Bonners Ferry has already played their next contest (against Stillwater Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
