Basketball Recap: Frazee Sets Scoring Season-High Against New York Mills

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Frazee). They put the hurt on the New York Mills Eagles with a sharp 80-58 victory on Saturday. The Hornets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

With the win, Frazee broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-9. As for New York Mills, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Frazee will host Menahga at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Frazee is facing Menahga at the right time seeing as Menahga is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for New York Mills, they will welcome Swanville at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. New York Mills will also cruise into their next game with the timing on their side: Swanville will have lost three straight heading into Tuesday's contest.
