Basketball Recap: Sweet Water Takes a Loss

Sweet Water was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 32-10 to the Johnson Eagles. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-8 back in December of 2024.

Sweet Water's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Johnson, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-6.

Sweet Water wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 65-5 loss against Marengo on the 31st. As for Johnson, they will square off against Keith at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
