Volleyball Recap: Brown's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

Brown had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bears as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

This is the second loss in a row for Pleasure Ridge Park and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brown will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Waggener at 5:00 p.m. on April 28th. Pleasure Ridge Park will also get a bit of a break before their next game: they'll face off against St. Xavier at 6:30 p.m. on April 9th.
