Volleyball Recap: Southeast of Saline Gets the Win

Southeast of Saline picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They came out on top against the Chaparral Roadrunners by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Trojans.

Southeast of Saline easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15.

When it comes to explaining why Chaparral lost, don't look at Aliya Davis. Despite the final result, she had ten digs. Emily Harding also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Southeast of Saline's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Chaparral, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 14-11.

Southeast of Saline didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Sterling on the 27th. As for Chaparral, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Cheney on the 30th.
