Softball Preview: Campolindo Cougars vs. Albany Cougars
Campolindo will face off against Albany at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Campolindo is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.6 runs per game this season.
Campolindo is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Ygnacio Valley 24-9 last Wednesday.
Paige Williams made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She also tossed two walks, marking her first of the season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and two stolen bases.
