Softball Recap: Gar-Field Comes Up Short

Gar-Field fell victim to Charles J. Colgan and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 26-0 to the Sharks. Having soared to a lofty 23 runs in the game before, the Red Wolves' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Gar-Field's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Charles J. Colgan, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-3.

Coming up, Gar-Field will head out to square off against Colonial Forge at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Charles J. Colgan, they will challenge Massaponax at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Sharks are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
