Football Recap: Rossville Christian Academy Wolves vs. PURE Academy Athletes
On Friday, the Rossville Christian Academy Wolves lost to the PURE Academy Athletes at home by a 52-33 margin. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Several Wolves players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Landon Parrish, who threw for 222 yards and two touchdowns on only 18 passes. Cayson Meadows helped Parrish out on the ground, picking up 72 receiving yards, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground.
Rossville Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for PURE Academy, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-7.
As of now, neither Rossville Christian Academy nor PURE Academy have any future games scheduled.
