Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Central). They walked away with a 72-63 victory over the Little Rock Southwest Gryphons on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Central is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points per game. As for Little Rock Southwest, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8.

Central will look to defend their home court on Friday against Jonesboro at 7:00 p.m. Jonesboro will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Central surely won't give up without a fight. As for Little Rock Southwest, they will head out to challenge Conway at 7:00 p.m. on February 4th.
