Softball Recap: Penn Cambria Panthers vs. Central Cambria Red Devils

Penn Cambria had lost six straight on the road, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 3-10 to make it seven. They fell just short of the Central Cambria Red Devils by a score of 2-1. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 15-4 to the Red Devils when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Penn Cambria saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alyse Rabatin, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Looking ahead, Penn Cambria will head out to challenge Bishop McCort at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Central Cambria, they will host River Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Red Devils surely won't give up without a fight.
