Softball Recap: Stratford Red Devils vs. Bethel Wildcats

Stratford came into Friday's game having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 10-6 victory over the Bethel Wildcats on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what Stratford needed considering they were shutout in their previous matchup.

Morgan Letizia spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and three unearned) runs on ten hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive pitching appearances.
