Volleyball Recap: West Gets the Win

West hadn't done well against El Segundo recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Warriors came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered a 3-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

West was especially dominant in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-23, 16-25, 25-15.

West now has a winning record of 12-11-1. As for El Segundo, they dropped their record down to 3-15 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, West will challenge Torrance at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for El Segundo, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Peninsula on the 14th.
