Baseball Recap: Lee Wins Going Away Against South Houston

Lee won the last time they faced South Houston and things went their way on Friday too. The Lee Ganders were the clear victor by a 12-2 margin over the South Houston Trojans. Considering the Ganders' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Lee's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for South Houston, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Coincidentally, Lee and South Houston will both be playing Shepherd the next time they take the field. South Houston will head out to face Shepherd at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, while Lee will host them at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
