Danvers had to endure an eight-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Saugus Sachems on Tuesday, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Falcons have posted since October 7, 2024.

Danvers' win bumped their record up to 2-9. As for Saugus, they dropped their record down to 4-3 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Danvers will take on rival Marblehead at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Saugus is set to square off against their familiar foe Swampscott at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
