Manchester had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the Jonesville Comets on Wednesday as they made off with a 12-4 victory. Considering the Flying Dutchmen have won five contests by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Manchester's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Jonesville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Manchester will square off against North Adams-Jerome at 10:00 a.m. on Friday. The Flying Dutchmen will need to watch out since the Rams have now posted at least ten runs in their last five games. As for Jonesville, they will venture away from home to take on Hudson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
