East Rowan has gone 9-1 against Central Cabarrus recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Tuesday. The East Rowan Mustangs will be playing at home against the Central Cabarrus Vikings  at 7:00  p.m. East Rowan will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak dating back to last season.
If East Rowan beats Central Cabarrus with 13  runs on Tuesday, it's going to be the  squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two  matchups with that exact score. East Rowan put the hurt on Northwest Cabarrus with a sharp  13-6 victory on Friday.

 Harrison Ailshie was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Those  12  strikeouts gave  him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-4 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and one  double.
 In other pitching news,  Andrew Myrick looked comfortable as he  pitched one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.
 Back at the plate,  Keaton Walker and  Sam Blackwelder did most of the damage at the plate:  Walker  went 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI, while  Blackwelder  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4. What's more,  Blackwelder posted two  doubles, the most he's  had since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Will Klingler, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases.
Meanwhile, Central Cabarrus came up short against Carson on Friday and fell  7-3.
  Jackson Parsons made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  went a perfect 2-for-2 with two  RBI and one  double.
 East Rowan pushed their record up to 3-0 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Central Cabarrus, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
 East Rowan beat Central Cabarrus 9-6  in their previous meeting  back in April of 2024. Does  East Rowan have another victory up their sleeve, or will Central Cabarrus turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
