The Oldenburg Academy Twisters will head out on the road to take on the Columbus East Olympians at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Oldenburg Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.9 goals per game this season.

Oldenburg Academy's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. They blew past Greenfield-Central 5-0. Oldenburg Academy better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Claire Niese, as she scored every single goal for her team.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Columbus East, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Martinsville on Thursday, sneaking past 2-1.

The win made it two in a row for Oldenburg Academy and bumps their season record up to 13-0-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those two contests. As for Columbus East, their record now sits at 5-9.

Everything went Oldenburg Academy's way against Columbus East in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Oldenburg Academy made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Twisters since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
