La Salle Academy put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the East Providence Townies 10-3. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won eight matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Gia Dennino looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run any time she's pitched this season.

At the plate, Phoenyx Silva was a standout: she went 3-for-5 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one home run the last four times she's played. Sophia Morgan also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.

La Salle Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in May of 2024.

La Salle Academy's win was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. As for East Providence, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Looking ahead, La Salle Academy will take on St. Anthony's at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for East Providence, they will square off against Ponaganset at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
