Pasadena entered their tilt with Glendale on Saturday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Nitros with a sharp 6-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-6 on Tuesday.

Pasadena's victory was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Kaleb Derosier, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Derosier has become a key player for the Bulldogs: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 5-12-1 otherwise.

Pasadena's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-12-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Glendale, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-19.

Pasadena wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 9-4 defeat against Muir on the 5th. As for Glendale, they have also already played their next game, a 4-3 win against Hoover on the 29th.
