Softball Recap: Santa Ynez Pirates vs. Nipomo Titans
Santa Ynez was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Nipomo Titans, falling 19-0. If the Pirates were looking for revenge after losing 22-1 to the Titans when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Nipomo, they are taking a road trip to take on Santa Maria at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Santa Maria has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.5 runs per game on average), something Nipomo will no doubt try to take advantage of.
