After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Centura, Hershey was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They blew past the Lexington Minutemen 6-0. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Minutemen last Saturday, they had to take a 7-0 defeat.

Ellie Hampton was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out 12 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run and three RBI.
