Football Game Preview: Warner Monarchs vs. North Central Thunder

Warner is a perfect 6-0 against North Central since August of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Monarchs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Thunder at 7:00 p.m. Warner is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

On Friday, Warner blew past Redfield, posting a 55-14 victory. The result was nothing new for the Monarchs, who have now won three matchups by 40 points or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for North Central's offense. They were dealt a 34-0 loss at the hands of Faulkton on Friday. The Thunder have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Warner's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for North Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Everything came up roses for Warner against North Central in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 55-12 victory. Will the Monarchs repeat their success, or do the Thunder have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
