Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Katelynn Moore and Desirae Stowe Lead New Kent to Victory

New Kent waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Smithfield Packers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

New Kent was especially dominant in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 22-25, 29-27, 25-12.

Leading New Kent to victory were Desirae Stowe and Katelynn Moore. Stowe had 17 assists and 11 digs, while Moore had eight digs and two assists. Those eight digs gave Moore a new career-high.

New Kent's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Smithfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.
