Wadley skates past Alabama School for the Deaf with ease

There's no place like home for the Wadley Bulldogs, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Thursday. They breezed by Alabama School for the Deaf at home to the tune of 47-16. That's another feather in the cap for Wadley, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

A'mya Brown continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points along with four steals. That makes it seven consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Wadley's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nevaeh Vigh, who scored six points along with eight steals.

Wadley pushed their record up to 4-7 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.7 points per game. As for Alabama School for the Deaf, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-9.

Wadley will head out on the road to face off against Faith Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Faith Christian is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for Alabama School for the Deaf, they will be playing at home against Victory Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Victory Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 last Friday.
