Volleyball Recap: Dominguez's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Dominguez hadn't done well against Firebaugh recently (they were 0-6 in their previous six matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Dons walked away with a 3-1 win over the Falcons. This was a revenge game for the Dons: when they faced off against the Falcons back in March, they had to take a 3-1 loss.

Dominguez was actually outscored in aggregate across those four sets (93-88), but they still managed to win. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-20, 11-25, 25-23.

Looking ahead, Dominguez will head out to square off against La Mirada at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Firebaugh, they are taking a road trip to face off against Norwalk at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Lancers will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more sets each match than the last.
