Manchester proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 44) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Trion Bulldogs 39-36. The victory was familiar territory for the Blue Devils who have now won five contests in a row.

Manchester's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kaliya Gray, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Eriyanna Stallworth, who earned nine points.

Manchester now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Trion, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Manchester nor Trion have any future games scheduled.
