Redding Christian never let their opponents score on Friday. They breezed past the Portola Tigers to the tune of 48-0. Considering the Lions have won eight matchups by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Redding Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Wyatt Shaw, who threw for 274 yards and five TDs while completing 87.5% of his passes. Shaw has been hot, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last seven times he's played. Conner Moore helped Shaw out on the ground, rushing for 108 yards and a pair of scores on only 12 carries.

Redding Christian's win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-0. The team's perfect season has a lot to do with their offensive performance: the team's won by an average of 36.2 points thus far. As for Portola, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
