The matchup between Belmont and Robert F. Kennedy Community on Monday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Sentinels took a 14-11 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bobcats. On the bright side, the 11- run effort marked the Sentinels' highest-scoring game to date.

Belmont's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Robert F. Kennedy Community, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.
