There's no place like home for Marlin, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They snuck past the Paris Wildcats with a 34-30 victory on Friday.

Marlin has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.2 points per game. As for Paris, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-9.

Marlin has already played their next match, a 50-36 loss against Henderson on the 27th. As for Paris, they will head out to take on Pleasant Grove at 12:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
