Big Game from Stevenson As Northglenn Fell 17-14
Starting off the list is Northglenn's Josiah'Ez Stevenson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Stevenson rushed for 163 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.6 yards per carry, and also picked up 87 receiving yards and a touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 61 yards.
Stevenson and Northglenn will square off against Mountain Range at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Stevenson took on the Mustangs, he rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 44 receiving yards. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

Mountain Range had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Kiewiet it was a similar story. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Kiewiet saw the Mustangs), he threw for 344 yards and five touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes, and also rushed for 41 yards and a touchdown.

Dejay Davenport and Co. Win Third in a Row
Overland picked up their third consecutive win on Thursday thanks in part to Dejay Davenport. Davenport was unstoppable, picking up 193 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He is becoming a predictor of Overland's success: when he posts at least two receiving touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 1-4 when he doesn't).
The victory got Overland back to even at 4-4. Davenport and Overland will look to defend their home field on Friday against Boulder at 7:00 p.m.
