Pinkston's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Lincoln Tigers as they made off with a 16-5 win. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six runs or more this season.

Pinkston has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Lincoln, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-11.

Pinkston will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Tigers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
