Triad is 9-1 against Mascoutah since October of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Knights will venture away from home to square off against the Indians at 5:45 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Triad barely beat Rochester the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Knights never let the Rockets get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory on Monday. Triad might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Mascoutah entered their tilt with Freeburg on Saturday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Midgets. Give Mascoutah's defense some credit: that's the team's fifth straight shutout.

Mascoutah's victory bumped their record up to 10-5-2. As for Triad, their win bumped their record up to 9-5-1.

Triad was able to grind out a solid victory over Mascoutah in their previous matchup back in September, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
