Basketball Recap: Woodland Comes Up Short

Woodland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a hard 57-41 fall against the Mira Loma Matadors. The Wolves were not able to make up for their defeat to the Matadors from their previous meeting back in January.

Woodland now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Mira Loma, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Woodland won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Woodland Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mira Loma, they will face off against Trinity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
