The Dove Creek Bulldogs will venture away from home to face off against the Ridgway Demons at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Dove Creek will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Dove Creek played against Ouray on Friday and won via forfeit.

Dove Creek will be up against a hot Ridgway squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Ridgway enjoyed a cozy 44-30 win over Telluride on Tuesday.

Ridgway's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.0 points over those games. As for Dove Creek, their win bumped their record up to 17-5.

Dove Creek strolled past Ridgway when the teams last played back in January by a score of 43-29. The rematch might be a little tougher for Dove Creek since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
