Owensboro can attribute much of their success to Evan Hampton, who rushed for 189 yards and two TDs while picking up 11.8 yards per carry, and DaMarcus Ganaway Jr, who threw for 196 yards and three touchdowns while completing 82.4% of his passes. Hampton has become a key player for the Red Devils: the team is undefeated when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 1-2 otherwise. A healthy portion of Ganaway Jr's aerial production (85 yards to be exact) went to Kingston Dillard, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.
